Welcome to our FAQ. Here we answer the most common questions from our clients so you can enjoy your photo experience in Punta Cana and throughout the Dominican Republic with total peace of mind.​

About the photo sessions​
​
Where do photoshoots take place?
We work across the entire Dominican Republic.
We can arrange your photo session on iconic beaches such as Punta Cana, Bávaro, Macao, Uvero Alto, Cabeza de Toro, Miches, or Bayahibe, and also in cities full of history and charm such as Santo Domingo, Higüey, or La Romana.
And if you prefer, we can also do the session directly at your Resort, as long as it allows the entry of an external photographer.

How long does a photo session last?
Our sessions usually last between 1h and 1h30, depending on the chosen package and on add-ons such as live music, a gazebo, or special décor.

Can we do the photoshoot at my hotel?
Yes, of course. You just need to ask your Resort in advance whether they charge an “extra fee” for allowing the entry of an external photographer. If the amount is very high, we offer an alternative: taking you to a nearby public beach where you won’t have restrictions, such as Macao or Cabeza de Toro.

Do you deliver all the photos or just a selection?
Unlike many photographers, we deliver all the good photos, with a guaranteed minimum of 60 images edited in high resolution.

Do you do Photoshop retouching?
We don’t do artificial Photoshop retouching, but all photos are professionally edited (color, light, contrast) to ensure the best quality in high resolution.

Marriage proposals and special events​
​
Can a surprise proposal be organized without my partner knowing?
Absolutely. We love being accomplices. We organize everything discreetly so the moment is authentic, natural, and full of emotion.

What does a proposal package include?
Planning of the surprise, private transportation, professional photo session and, if you wish, details such as champagne, flowers, or live music with a saxophonist or violinist.

Booking and payments
​
How do I book a photo session?
Very easy: you just need to contact us directly from the “Contact Me” page or message us on WhatsApp to confirm your date.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, cash, bank transfer, payments via Western Union, and local bank deposit as well.
​

Photo delivery
​
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Within 5 to 10 business days you will receive a private online gallery with all your photos edited in high resolution and ready to download.

Available add-ons
​
Can I add live music or special décor?
Yes. We can include a saxophonist, violinist, flowers, champagne, or a decorated gazebo for your photoshoot or marriage proposal.
​
Do you offer experiences beyond photos?
Of course. We also organize a painting workshop ideal for children’s or teenagers’ birthdays, and perfect for adult gatherings that want to share a creative and fun moment. Combining art with a photo session makes your event even more special.
