Punta Cana
A trip to Punta Cana can also be the perfect excuse to capture a beautiful memory together. You don’t need to know how to pose or even have a special occasion. Magda guides you throughout the photoshoot to create natural, romantic and fun photographs while you simply enjoy the beach and your time together.
And if your trip does have a special story behind it — an anniversary, honeymoon, marriage proposal or even a post-wedding photoshoot — we can make the experience even more personal.
A couples photoshoot can tell many stories

Some couples simply want beautiful memories of their vacation. Others are celebrating an anniversary, their honeymoon or a special chapter in their story. And sometimes the photoshoot is hiding a surprise: a marriage proposal, a post-wedding session or a moment prepared just for the two of you.
Every couple comes with a different story. The way we photograph it is different too.
You don’t need to know how to pose
Most couples we photograph have never done a professional photoshoot together before. And that’s perfectly fine.
Magda guides you throughout the session with simple directions: walking along the shore, getting closer, looking at each other, playing, hugging… without turning every photograph into a stiff pose.
The idea is for you to enjoy the moment and for the photographs to feel like you: natural, romantic and spontaneous.
Even if you feel a little shy in front of the camera at first, it usually only takes a few minutes to forget it’s there.
You enjoy Punta Cana. We’ll take care of the photos.

Couples Stories in Punta Cana
Vacations, anniversaries, honeymoons, post-wedding photoshoots, or simply the desire to capture a beautiful memory together. Every couple comes with a different story. Here are some of the stories we’ve had the pleasure of photographing.
Turn Your Photoshoot Into an Even More Special Experience
A couples photoshoot can simply be a beautiful memory of your vacation, but we can also create something different to surprise your partner or celebrate a special occasion.
One of our favorite options is combining your photoshoot with live saxophone music by PuntaCanaLiveMusic. Pascal can accompany part of the experience with music while Magda captures the moment — an especially beautiful option for anniversaries, honeymoons, or simply making your time together even more memorable.
And if there’s a bigger surprise behind the photoshoot, such as a marriage proposal, we can help you plan it from the very beginning.

Behind the Camera: Magda

After 16 years of photographing couples, families and celebrations in Punta Cana, Magda knows that the best photos don’t start with a pose — they start with making you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Throughout the photoshoot, she guides you with simple directions, finds the best light and leaves room for the little gestures, looks and moments that truly feel like you.
The idea is simple: enjoy the experience and take home photographs that, years from now, will still remind you exactly how this moment felt.
How We Organize Your Couples Photoshoot
Planning your photoshoot is simple. Before you book, we talk with you to find out where you’re staying, what kind of photos you like and whether you’re celebrating something special during your trip.
Together, we choose the beach and the best time based on your location, the light and the style of photoshoot you’re looking for. On the day of the session, Magda guides you throughout the experience so all you have to do is enjoy the moment.
A typical photoshoot lasts approximately 1 hour, includes 1 outfit change and you’ll receive at least 60 edited photographs. We also send you a selection of 15 previews within the first 24 hours, and the complete gallery is normally ready within 3 to 5 days.
If you need transportation from your hotel or accommodation, we can also help arrange it.
1 hour · 1 outfit change · 60+ edited photos · 15 previews within 24 hours
Frequently Asked Questions About Couples Photoshoots
in Punta Cana
What should we wear for a couples photoshoot?
The most important thing is to feel comfortable and choose outfits that complement each other without having to match exactly. White, beige, earthy tones, pastels and soft colors work especially well on the beach. Before the photoshoot, we can help you choose outfits based on the style of photos you want, and during a one-hour session you can make one outfit change.
What is the best time for a beach photoshoot?
We usually recommend the early morning or late afternoon, when the light is softer and more flattering. The exact time depends on the beach, the time of year and the style of photographs you want. We’ll help you choose the best option before booking.
Which beaches can we choose for our couples photoshoot?
We work in different areas of Punta Cana and the Dominican Republic. Some of our favorite locations include Macao Beach · Uvero Alto · Miches–Playa Esmeralda · Bayahibe–Dominicus. The best option depends on where you’re staying, the scenery you prefer and the logistics for the day.
What if we don’t know how to pose or feel uncomfortable in front of the camera?
You don’t need any experience. Magda guides you throughout the photoshoot with simple directions so you always know what to do without making the photographs feel stiff or overly posed. We walk, talk, move around the beach and let many of the best moments happen naturally.
Can we do the photoshoot for an anniversary, honeymoon or after our wedding?
Of course. Many of the couples we photograph are celebrating something special during their trip. We can adapt the photoshoot for an anniversary, honeymoon, post-wedding session or simply a vacation together. If you’re planning a surprise, tell us beforehand so we can help you organize it.
Can we turn the photoshoot into a surprise marriage proposal?
Yes. If one of you wants to use the photoshoot to propose, we can organize the moment so your partner doesn’t suspect anything. You can also add live saxophone music, and if you’re looking for something more elaborate, we offer options with romantic decorations. Discover all the possibilities on our Marriage Proposal in Punta Cana page.
What happens if it rains on the day of our photoshoot?
Tropical weather can change quickly, and a forecast showing rain doesn’t necessarily mean it will rain during your photoshoot. We keep a close eye on the conditions and, if the weather truly makes the session impossible, we’ll work with you to find the best alternative based on our availability and the remaining days of your stay in Punta Cana.
